It’s a really exciting time for the film and TV industry in the north east. With the BBC’s commitment to invest £25 million over the next 5 years aligning to all our north east combined and local authorities working together to support the industry there has never been a better time to break into the industry – or to progress. The role will be part of our Management Team here at North East Screen. It will be fundamental in transforming the region into a place where ‘exceptional regional talent can live, create and work’.  You will be responsible for developing and delivering our skills development strategy at all levels. From those considering a career in the industry, through those looking to take their first steps to those looking to step up and step across you will be there to support them.

You will understand the challenge around increasing representation and inclusion in the workforce.
