Charter

We work with all 12 local authorities across the North East to ensure they have support, knowledge and contacts to assist productions when they film in our region. Our aim is to encourage more filming in the region as this will drive inward investment and jobs. It is important for the process of filming to be as smooth as possible for production companies so that it will increase their chances of returning.

All of our local authorities have now signed our Filming Friendly Charter:
